Job Details

The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all flooring surfaces within a facility. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean and safe environment. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain various types of flooring (tile, carpet, hardwood, concrete, etc.) Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and vacuums Strip, wax, and polish floors as needed Spot clean carpets and perform deep carpet cleaning Follow safety procedures and use appropriate signage when working Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors Ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services is a plus Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment Strong attention to detail and ability t...Technician, Property Management, Healthcare, Equipment
