Overview

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic operational leader for the Director of Commercial Loan Operations role.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of commercial loan operations and support to commercial lending production business units.
• Managing all operational, servicing support, and quality control functions for the Banks commercial loan products.
• Supporting the origination, documentation, booking, processing, ongoing servicing, escrow management and analysis, post-closing review, document retention and reconciliation of all loans in the commercial loan portfolio.
• Delivering quality results through the analysis and evolution of established processes and procedures. Ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulations to minimize risk.
• Providing guidance to colleagues and loan administrators, building strong alliances with business partners, taking point on resolutions, identifying and implementing process improvements, establishing appropriate controls over core systems to reduce errors, and increase operational efficiencies.
• Facilitating employee support of corporate goals and objectives.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years management experience in banking and commercial loan operations.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial loan processing, servicing, and quality control.
• Experience in establishing business partnerships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical, research and project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills.
• The ability to work flexible and/or late hours and occasionally travel.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Laser Pro loan origination system
• Experience with FIS Horizon XE
• Experience with Escrow Analysis
• Experience in loan administration duties or oversight
