Job Details

Job Objective: The position assists with the delivery of social services to ensure clients needs are met. Essential Functions: Answer the phone and schedule appointments Determine client eligibility using MAC - Link and SIMS Aid in the recruitment and scheduling of volunteers to assist with activities including, but not limited to, commodities and bread distribution, seasonal events, and Christmas distributions Assist with the creation of social media posts and updates regarding Corps activities Assist with picking up donations Assist with transporting children to/from summer camp as needed Assist Emergency Assistance case manager as directed Other duties as directed Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: Experience working with diverse populations and customer service experience is desirable Certifications/ Licenses: None Skills/ Abilities: Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other staff members Ability to be non-judgmental i...Service Assistant, Service, Assistant, Retail
