#x 9; Interpret production orders and specifications to determine required cut dimensions and production setup. Set up, operate, and monitor guillotine cutting equipment Conduct quality checks on raw and finished products, ensuring dimensional accuracy and consistency. Adjust machine settings to optimize cut quality, productivity, and material yield. Measure and inspect finished sheets using precision tools such as rulers, calipers, and micrometers. Identify and segregate defective or damaged materials for reprocessing or recycling. Safely stack, label, and transport completed product to designated staging or packaging areas. Monitor raw material levels and communicate shortages to supervisors. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including blade changes, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting. Safety & Compliance: Consistently follow all company safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures, and machine guarding.
