The Advanced Learning Library of the Wichita Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join the Adult Literacies work group within our Literacies Division. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with regularly scheduled evening and weekend shifts. Were looking for someone who is customer-focused and has a passion for lifelong learning. The ideal candidate will:Be patient, courteous, and empathetic in all customer interactions. Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively. Use critical thinking to respond to customer needs quickly and logically. Be comfortable engaging with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Demonstrate strong awareness and responsiveness to the unique needs of Library customers.
