Reviewing the work instructions against the regulatory and customer requirements to ensure all requirements are captured Keep track of Customer specific (i.e. POSH, EOs, EAs) requirements as the product is being built vs inspection time available at the end of the rework to submit to the customer for approval which delays shipment/invoice of revenue Populate the FAA 8130 as the product is being reworked vs inspection time available at the end of the rework which delays shipment/invoice of revenue Assist the chief inspector with updating and maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Repair Manuals Providing technical assistance to the mechanic and inspectors Help implement SMS system by December 2025 to meet FAA requirements Reorganize folder structure for Repair Station Conduct repair station Audits, developing a Master Audit schedule.
