Missions and Service Coordinators ensure that eachteam is working on preparation, team dynamics, and fundraising for trips. They help ensure thatthere are appropriate service opportunities for Spiritual Life Credits (SLC) and build partnerships withother organizations.Track SLC attendance.- Assist with long-term tracking of SLC standing for students.- Coordinate SLC opportunities.- Create and manage QR codes and text codes for attendance tracking.- Ensure SLC tracking readiness with chapel team.- Regularly communicate with students via email and social media.QualificationsMust currently be enrolled as a student at Friends University.Organization: Ability to manage logistics, schedules and resources efficiently to ensure smoothoperations.Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with students, faculty, and staff.Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of events are properly preparedand executed.Teamwork: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other coordinators, volunteers, and staffmembers to achieve common goals.Flexibility: Adaptability to handle unexpected situations or last-minute changes during with grace andcomposure.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact warmly and respectfully with diverse individuals anddemonstrate empathy and compassion towards others.Reliability: Dependability and punctuality to fulfill assigned
