Senior HR Recruiter (onsite)

We are currently seeking a Senior HR Recruiter that will support professional and support level roles within the organization. In this role, you will perform a variety of professional and administrative human resource functions.

In addition, the Senior HR Recruiter will be conducting full life cycle recruiting activities such as, but not limited to:
Advertising
Attending or facilitating job fairs
Sourcing high-quality candidates through extensive networking
Conducting in-depth interviews
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle all while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining positive candidate experience
This is not a management role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a combination of relevant education and equivalent work experience in the Talent Acquisition space preferred
10+ years in full life-cycle talent acquisition initiatives and processes with an emphasis in a healthcare setting preferred
High School degree or equivalent required
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Coordinating and executing recruitment functions to meet organizational needs with relevant partners to achieve performance goals
Self-motivated and results driven
