As an EOL Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of production parts and information within the manufacturing division. Your expertise will support customer requirements and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations. Responsibilities. Interact with shop floor personnel to support order fulfillment. Assist in scheduling and prioritizing workflow according to purchase orders and recovery schedules. Physically move and expedite work through shop work centers as needed. Coordinate daily production requirements with the Shop Manager and area Team Leaders. Resolve scheduling requirements to ensure timely order processing. Track orders and ensure accurate clocking to work centers. Provide input to Team Leaders regarding priorities and organize jobs for processing. Validate work order progress using shop schedules and expedite reports. Manage ECO activities as directed, including pulling work orders for redline or stop work.
