Responsibilities
Location - Wichita, KS
Key Accountabilities:
Represents Company to internal and external customers by providing a world class customer service experience
Controls Inventory and manages multiple projects at once
Includes but not limited to managing orders from placement, returns, credits, and any other issues for the life of the order
Works with all level of leadership and cross functional team to secure product needs for customers
Authority to access production systems for managing customer sales orders & suppliers through inventory systems
Responsibilities require internal coordination of contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing
Must be able to multitask under pressure
Can handle different priorities through effective escalation
Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer
Must be a team player and willingness to put the customer first
Overtime/On-call availability required
Areas are limited to commercial and military
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years or Masters degree with 8+ years of related experience
SAP experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous customer service experience in aircraft or other manufacturing
Preferred Experience:
SAP experience
Experience with manufacturing or processing
Experience with supply chain and/or logistics
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
