Job Summary

We are looking for a Dealership Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, service writer capabilities, and previous experience.

Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for various tasks, including welcoming service guests, addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.

Responsibilities

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability

Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner

Helping the service manager improve departments' sales and customer service techniques

Helping the service lane with its day-to-day operations

Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree welcomed

A valid state-issued driver's license is required

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

At least one year of experience as an automotive service writer or advisor is required.

An understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is encouraged.
