This role supports the Flight Operation Departments at Textron Aviation, including Demonstration, Production Flight Test, and Pro-Ownership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain familiarity with all applicable FAA and ICAO regulations and comply with all regulations and local operating procedures.
• Have thorough knowledge of aircraft models, systems, avionics, equipment, options, and updates.
• Attend required training, including aircraft, emergency procedures, crew coordination, and international procedures training.
• Perform office tasks such as expense reports, flight logs, international planning, and manual updates.
• Act as a flight and ground instructor for customers transitioning to G1000 and G2000 flight decks and for recurrent training courses.
• Exercise flights as needed, including sales demonstrations and marketing support.
• Adhere to and support all Flight Operations policies and procedures.
• Communicate noteworthy issues to department personnel.
• Prioritize safety in all operations at all times.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Science or a related field.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with instrument rating and Single/Multi-Engine Land ratings.
• FAA Second Class medical or better, with ability to obtain First Class medical.
• FAA Flight Instructor (CFI) and Instrument (CFII) certificates required.
• 2000 flight hours and 1000 hours of multi-engine time preferred.

Qualifications:

• US Passport or ability to obtain one required.
• FAA Multi-Engine Instructor Rating (MEI) preferred.
• FAA Complex and High-performance endorsements preferred.
• Experience as a ground instructor preferred.
• Familiarity with digital/glass flight decks preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
