We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist - (One year of supply chain planning experience Mandatory) to support our operations team during a key transition phase. This role focuses on entering and transitioning customer orders between current and new order entry systems under the supervision of plant schedulers. You will handle routine tasks independently and escalate complex issues as needed.

Order Entry Specialist - (One year of supply chain planning experience Mandatory)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Wichita, Ks 67202

Pay Rate: $25.64/hour

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter orders into the system and assist in migrating data from one order entry system to another
• Work closely with plant schedulers to ensure smooth transition of data
• Address basic issues with order entry or data migration; escalate advanced concerns appropriately
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail during data entry and system navigation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• No prior related work experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in supply chain planning or a related field

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work on-site (remote work is not available)
• On-site interview required
• Must successfully pass a background check
