As a senior IT analyst you will be responsible for
* Managing projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.
* Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
* Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
* Advanced SQL skills using tools such as SQL Server Management Studio (5+ years)
* Requirements gathering
o Ability to create technical specifications
* Experience working with large datasets (preferably loading big data to a database)
* JIRA Experience (2+ years)
* Healthcare experience preferred
* Ability to multitask and handle many requests simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills
