Job SummaryThis position in responsible for supporting Procurement Category Managers with processing approved contracts, pricing administration, communications, supplier onboarding, and item setup & maintenance in compliance with Brinker's policies and requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A successful candidate will possess the ability to work well with others throughout the Supply Chain organization and Supplier partner community.Your Key Job Functions Manage the supplier onboarding process using our system in collaboration with Category Managers (CMs) in Oracle. Handle supplier qualifications, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and financials. As well as oversee supplier registration and setup in the system. Route procurement contracts for internal approvals, supplier approval, and final execution internally using DocuSign. Monitor supply chain management repository to maintain agreements, supporting documents, track expirations, generate reports and manage pricing letters. Manage food & beverage product, supplier, and distributor change communications to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure pricing data in Oracle is updated, publish pricing information to stakeholders, handle price corrections/changes and maintain data integrity. Ensure food & beverage data is entered into the Product Information Workbook (PIW) using ArrowStream.What You Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in skill and training. Experience in the restaurant industry preferred. 2+ years of supply chain experience preferred (restaurant or hospitality industry) or equivalent experience in another industry. Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects within established timelines. Demonstrated the ability to build trust with peers and internal and external stakeholders. Self-starter with strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and influence effectively with both with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to think forward and drive for results.
