How You Can Maintain a Safe Environment as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:
This position is responsible for performing general repairs to Community Living homes, main facility and grounds.
You get to work directly with the Director of Facilities/Construction with the day to day operation of maintenance.
Applicant should have the following knowledge or skills: carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and electric. Starkey will accept "Make Ready" experience also.

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician role
Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
3 years' experience in maintenance and general repair.
Valid Driver's License for a minimum of 2 years with a good driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old
Pass drug and alcohol screenings
Pass criminal background checks
