Key Responsibilities: Execute initial allocations for one or more classesCollaborate with Buying partners for alignment on where product should be sent.Monitor and execute weekly replenishment allocations based on sales trends, sales forecasts, promotional events, and overall business strategiesAttend weekly, monthly, and seasonal meetings with cross-functional team members. Key Relationships: Retail OperationsRetail FleetBuying and Planning Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.Work independently while maintaining strong working relationships with others.Accuracy and attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an intermediate skill level in Excel.Problem solving mindset and uses their critical thinking skills to identify and resolve Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university1- 2 years typical relevant work experienceExperience with Retail and/or Merchandising preferred
