Ensure that the organization's interests are represented and protected in legislative proceedings and in the development of market rules and procedures. Develop, maintain and report on policies and programs to ensure awareness of government legislation and regulatory issues that affect the organization at the state and local level. Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
