Immediate Hiring Need for a Production SupervisorFull Time/Excellent Benefits Package

Monday - Friday, 2:30 - 11:00 PM (Overtime as required)

Position Location: Wichita, KS (sign on bonus provided-relocation required)

Total Compensation: $90-100K

Responsibilities:

• Oversee workflow, assign tasks, and address team queries within the department.
• Optimize production by managing costs, minimizing waste, and ensuring efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges, including equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with engineering to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Apply LEAN tools to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of manufacturing experience OR Associate degree with 6+ years in manufacturing OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting or military experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
