What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial or residential HVAC service
• A strong desire to learn about residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call upon advancement to a service technician role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
