ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role are to audit, maintain, and assist with the development and implementation of LAUNCH's repair station and aircraft services Quality Management Systems. Additional responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of LAUNCH's continual improvement initiatives.

• Conduct on-site audits and provide surveillance at LAUNCH Teams and Repair Station work sites
• Investigate all customer complaints and facilitate the development of Root Cause and Corrective Actions
• Generate reports, track and monitor success of internal corrective action and customer corrective action initiatives
• Assist with LAUNCH Teams Training program and records
• Escort customer and or FAA auditors during routine and start up audits
• Assist with maintaining the LAUNCH Repair Station's Approved Vendors List
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Quality Auditing experience in Aircraft Maintenance environment (MRO)
• 3 years minimum documented repair and maintenance experience with A&P licenses highly preferred
• Highly proficient with computer software (Microsoft Office products)
• Local candidate in the Wichita, KS or surrounding area is required
• AS9100 or AS9110 Internal Auditor Training is preferred
