Project Manager

Description:

Take charge of large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a primarily office-based role with 15-30% travel to job sites for oversight and coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution, keeping a close eye on budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and provide scopes of work, cost estimates, project drawings, and schedules to customers.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to maintain workflow and project efficiency.
  • Manage procurement and logistics for tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Track progress, budgets, workforce hours, and key milestones, preparing detailed reports.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project owners, proactively addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project required; experience with Procore, AutoCAD, and P&ID is a plus.


Skills & Expertise:

  • Ability to interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical skills to manage project logistics and financials effectively.


Travel Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • 15-30% travel for site visits and project oversight.
